What we host

OnlyIndianFans does not host creator content. Cards show profile images served by OnlyFans and link to the creator's official page. For content hosted on OnlyFans itself, send your notice to OnlyFans, because only they can remove it at the source.

Sending a DMCA notice

If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, email us a notice that includes:

the copyrighted work you say is infringed
the material on OnlyIndianFans and its URL
your name, address, email and phone number
a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised
a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorised to act for the rights holder
your physical or electronic signature

We act on complete notices within 48 hours.

Counter-notices

If you believe something was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice under the DMCA. It needs your contact details, the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your signature. We forward it to the original complainant.

Repeat infringers

Listings that receive repeated valid notices are removed permanently.
